River Dog Outfitters is designed for more than a single river or launch point. Customers can enjoy convenient local service around Willow Creek or pick up a portable rental package and take their adventure toward rivers, lakes, lagoons and reservoirs across the surrounding region.

What is included?
Each rental package includes the essential equipment needed for the selected activity and rental format.
Personal Flotation Devices
Properly sized personal flotation devices are included and must be used according to rental requirements.
Paddles
Appropriate paddles are included with paddleboard and kayak rentals.
Pumps & Accessories
To-Go inflatable rentals include the pump and required setup accessories for that equipment.
Equipment Overview
Customers receive a basic overview of the rental equipment before leaving or beginning their outing.
Local delivery or Willow Creek pickup.
The service you choose determines how your equipment is prepared, received and returned.
Adventure Delivered
Meet at an approved local recreation area or designated Willow Creek location at the scheduled time.
The final delivery area, included distance and any destination-specific fees will be published before reservations open.
Adventure To-Go
Pick up the complete portable rental package at the designated Willow Creek pickup location.
Customers transport, set up and return To-Go equipment using their own vehicle.

Half-Day Rental
Intended for a scheduled morning or afternoon adventure within the published rental window.
Full-Day Rental
A longer rental window for customers who want more time to enjoy the destination.
Multi-Day Rental
Available for eligible Adventure To-Go equipment and regional trips lasting more than one day.
Damage authorization and renter responsibility.
A payment-card authorization or damage hold of PASTE-DAMAGE-HOLD-AMOUNT-HERE is planned for qualifying reservations. The hold is not the same as a completed charge and will be released according to the final rental agreement when equipment is returned complete and without chargeable damage.
Final damage, loss, cleaning, late-return and authorization policies will be published before reservations open.

Can I take my rental outside Willow Creek?
Yes. Eligible Adventure To-Go equipment may be transported in your own vehicle to suitable regional destinations. Customers are responsible for confirming current access, parking, launch rules, permits, restrictions and water conditions.
Do you transport customers?
No. River Dog Outfitters rents and transports equipment but does not provide passenger transportation or a customer shuttle.
Does Adventure Delivered mean delivery anywhere?
No. Adventure Delivered applies to approved locations within the published Willow Creek-area service zone. The available delivery locations and any fees will be shown when reservations open.
Does Adventure To-Go equipment come inflated?
Portable inflatable equipment may be packed for easier transportation. The rental package will include the appropriate pump and basic setup instructions.
Is a waiver required?
Yes. Every adult participant must complete the required rental waiver. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required documents for participating minors.
Are personal flotation devices included?
Yes. Properly sized personal flotation devices are included with qualifying rentals and must be used according to River Dog Outfitters rental requirements and applicable law.
Can rentals change because of weather or water conditions?
Yes. Rentals may be changed, relocated, postponed or canceled when weather, access, fire activity, river conditions or other circumstances make the planned outing unsuitable.
When will reservations open?
River Dog Outfitters is preparing for a Spring 2027 opening. Final inventory, pricing, operating dates and online reservations will be announced before launch.
