River Dog Outfitters gives customers two ways to get on the water. Adventure Delivered makes local Willow Creek outings simple. Adventure To-Go gives you the freedom to transport portable equipment to a suitable river, lake, lagoon or reservoir.
Both options begin with the same easy reservation process. After that, the equipment handoff, setup and return process depend on the rental option you choose.

Remove the equipment from the water, pack it using the provided instructions and return every item at the agreed time and location.

Road construction, traffic and unexpected delays can happen. Call or message us as soon as you know you may miss the scheduled meeting or return time.
The planned late-arrival grace period is PASTE-LATE-GRACE-PERIOD-HERE. Final timing and late-return policies will be confirmed before reservations open.
Let us know before making a new plan.
Contact River Dog Outfitters if you need to end the rental early, change the agreed return arrangement or report an equipment problem.
Do not leave rental equipment unattended at a different location unless River Dog Outfitters has agreed to the change.
Same-day rentals may be available.
Same-day reservations depend on inventory, staffing, equipment preparation and the selected rental option. Please reserve at least PASTE-SAME-DAY-NOTICE-TIME-HERE before your preferred pickup or meeting time.
Renter responsibilities.
A successful rental depends on clear communication, responsible equipment use and returning the complete package on time.
Confirm Your Destination
To-Go renters must confirm current access, parking, launch rules, permits, restrictions and conditions at the chosen destination.
Protect the Equipment
Keep rental gear under your control and avoid dragging, puncturing, improperly securing or leaving equipment unattended.
Return Everything on Time
Return all equipment and accessories at the confirmed time so they can be inspected and prepared for the next customer.

What is the difference between Delivered and To-Go?
Adventure Delivered is for approved Willow Creek-area meeting locations and includes local equipment preparation and pickup. Adventure To-Go is a portable package that customers pick up, transport, set up and return in Willow Creek.
Do you transport customers?
No. River Dog Outfitters rents and transports equipment but does not provide passenger transportation or shuttle service.
Do I need to inflate To-Go equipment?
Portable inflatable equipment may be packed for transportation. The appropriate pump and a basic setup overview will be included.
Does Delivered equipment arrive ready to use?
Equipment will be prepared for the selected activity. The exact preparation may depend on the equipment, location and transportation requirements.
Can I change my destination after pickup?
To-Go customers may adjust their plans, but the new destination must remain suitable for the rented equipment and comply with the rental agreement. Customers remain responsible for current access, rules and conditions.
Is a waiver required?
Yes. Every adult participant must complete the required rental waiver. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required documents for participating minors.
Is a damage hold required?
A payment-card authorization or damage hold of PASTE-DAMAGE-HOLD-AMOUNT-HERE is planned for qualifying reservations. Final terms will be included in the rental agreement before reservations open.
What is the cancellation policy?
The planned advance cancellation requirement is PASTE-CANCELLATION-NOTICE-HERE. Final weather, cancellation, refund and rescheduling policies will be published before launch.
Can a rental change because of conditions?
Yes. Rentals may be changed, relocated, postponed or canceled when access, weather, fire activity, river conditions or other circumstances make the planned outing unsuitable.
